Automatic Payment Program
On the monthly due date, Colorado Centre Metropolitan District will automatically deduct the payment from your checking or savings account. With this option, you do not pay any convenience fees. You will continue to receive bills in the mail (or via email) that disclose the amount due. The ACH authorization form can be accessed here.
Penalty Fees and Disconnection for Delinquent Accounts
A penalty of $15 will be automatically assessed to a customer’s account in the event any charge due and payable to the District by a property owner and/or customer is not received by the 25th of the month the charge is invoiced, and the District may discontinue service if payment in full is not received by the last day of the same month.
Whenever any late payment on a customer account occurs twice within any 12 month period, that account is considered habitually delinquent. A habitually delinquent account may have the service reconnected upon full payment of: 1) the full account balance; 2) all disconnection and reconnection fees; 3) an additional $100 service connection deposit. The $100 service connection deposit shall be payable in cash or certified check at the time a reconnection request is made.
If your service has been disconnected due to a delinquent account status, service will be restored upon payment of the full account balance and a call to the District Office during business hours. Services will NOT automatically be restored if full payment is made without speaking with office staff first! Colorado Centre Metro District allows reconnection of service up to 24 hours after full payment and notification to office staff. Reconnection services are provided between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Online Credit Card Payments
Pay from any computer using Visa, MasterCard and Discover with Online Payments as often as you desire. A convenience fee equal to 2.75% of the total payment will be charged to you for using your credit card. Colorado Centre Metro District decided to not absorb the merchant service fees associated with credit card processing. Therefore, the District is utilizing a third party vendor to process the credit card payments so that customers who wanted the convenience of using a credit card have that option and will pay the merchant service fees.
